I love what I do. Half of my time I spend helping clients to figure out the answers to some pretty tough, strategic questions regarding their brands. And the other half I spend working with agencies, helping them to get to where they want to be. 3THINKRS was set-up by Ruth Jones who I met during a very short stint at LEWIS. She was deputy MD but from the off I knew she was way more than that. More capable than people realised and probably more so than she thought.
She set up the agency with no big plan, just an idea to create a working environment and culture that people could grow within. She calls it a “nomadic lifestyle, where people can find their peak work performance”. I simply call it, smart. Agency leaders who live by example, who nurture and grow talent and who do as they say are to be admired as they keep the industry going. Ruth is one of them. One of the good uns. And it continues to be a pleasure and a privilege to be involved and watching them go on to bigger and better things.
